- Everyone who registers on www.babadagultra.com and meets the requirements can join the races.
- Organization has right to terminate the registrations before the expedition date if number of registered athletes reaches the limitation.
- Runners under the age of 18 who wish to participate in the activity 14K KAYAKOY HISTORY RUN and 5K OLUDENIZ RUN are required to be present in the registration area and have a consent document signed by their parents. Runners under 18 Age can’t run by 56K BABADAG ULTRA, 26K DOWNHILL OLUDENIZ AND 15K SKYRUNNING DRAGON their registration will not be accepted.
- The disclaimer to be signed before the race will be provide to runners during kit delivery.
- Organization reserves rights to make changes on tracks before races. Racers will be notified with any possible changes before the race.
- In races performed in nature, racers are responsible with self-sufficiency as well as with helping other athletes in needs.
- Everyone who join to race can take a kit and a t-shirt.
- All runners who finish the race in specified time will get a medal.
- Jersey numbers are racer-specific. They cannot be transferred to another person.
- Entry fee is not refundable in case of cancelling the registry.

- Entry fee is not refundable in case of bad weather conditions and other reasons which are not under control of organisation.
There will be no registration on race day (excluding 5K race). Distance cannot be changed after last registeration date.
